Part Of The Dance

Hello everyone! Lexa here today with a card that highlighting Ric Rac Border Dies. It's a super versatile dies that can go with everything all year along. I pair it with Tiny Dancers Stamp and the coordinating dies.

I stamped the tiny ballerinas with Versafine black ink and watercolor them with Distress Markers. With their pink tutus, I add some sparkling glitter with Stickles. I use the Ric Rac Border as the background with beige and soft pink polkadots patterned paper. To make the ballerinas more pop, I die cut some pink circles and adhered them behind each of the ballerinas. Aren't they the prettiest? The sentiment is super cute and perfect for an encouraging card. I also add a lot of yellow dots with Nuvo Drops. It adds dimensions to my card. Here's a closer look of it...

Thank you so much for stopping by today. I hope you all have a wonderful Friday!

First, I make a 4.25"x5.5" card base and create a window with the scallop rectangle dies from Card Front Element Builder. I blended Distress Inks for the background in Worn Lipstick, Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean. The contrast between blue and pink create a cheerful atmosphere. Here's a closer look to see how adorable they are..

Love Card With So Much Puns

Hello there! Lexa here today with a love card that has a lot of puns inside and out. I use the brand new Breakfast Puns stamps and the coordinating dies. This stamp set will be loved by everyone just because puns are so much fun plus the images are superrr cute. Right?

I use tone on tone for the background, I stamped the images with walnut dye ink on kraft paper. When you can't decide which one will you use for the projects, just use them all! Just like I did for this one. This is also my first time to try the origami fold to create a pop up card. Surprisingly it was super easy and simple, you can find the tutorial on Youtube. Everyone can do it.
I use different colors for each panels by blending some Distress Inks in Worn Lipstick, Seedless Mustard, Tumbled Glass, Shaded Lilac.  It turns out super cute and colorful, looove. All the images are stamped with Versafine black ink and watercolored with Distress Markers. I match the images with the puns sentiments...what a love card with so many puns sentiments in it.

Here are some of the closer looks both inside and the glossy jam on top of the toast on the front..

Thank you so much for stopping by today. I hope you like today's card as much as I do. Have a great day everyone!

SugarPea Designs New Release DAY 5

Hello everyone! Today is the last day of SugarPea Designs new release blog hop. This brand new Better Together Stamps and the coordinating dies probably come the second of my personal favorite. Aren't they super adorable? Both the images and the sentiments are sooo cute. A lot of choices for everyday cards. Not forget to mention the versatile Diagonal Striped Plate Cover Dies, this kind of product will be a good investment since it's timeless and classic.

All the images are stamped with Versafine black ink and watercolor them with Distress Markers. After I finished with the coloring, I use the coordinating dies to cut them all. The fine white lines around the images are so satisfying. You know that a glass of milk always complete the sweet icing cookies, right?
To create the background, I blended Worn Lipstick and Abandoned Coral Distress Inks along with some random water splatters. I die cut kraft cardstock with the brand spanking new Diagonal Striped CoverPlate Dies then adhere it on top of the pink background. To make the images more popped out, I use a piece of vellum behind them so it will soften the background a little bit.

Here on the closer look, you can see the dimensions and how some white dots match the bottle of fresh milk..
